Points expiration date

Accumulated points are valid for no more than 2 years from the date they are earned.

2 points expiration period per year, on 30 June and 31 December.

For example:

Points accumulated from 1 January 2023 - 30 June 2023 will expire on 30 June 2025.

Points accumulated from 1 July 2023 - 31 Dec. 2023 will expire on 31 Dec. 2025."

Remarks:

(1) Discount on frames and lenses for members when purchasing regular priced items only, except Cartier Maui Jim and Oakley branded products. Cartier and Maui Jim branded products get up to 10% discount and Oakley branded products get up to 20% discount.
(2) Points are calculated from the purchase value after discounts.
(3) Points can redeemed for up to 10% discount on the purchased value of frames or lenses after discount deduction according to the conditions of the Bronze, Silver, or Gold membership or according to the promotion conditions in each month only.
(4) Members privileges are applied to purchases in-store, via Better Vision Line Official, and via Better Vision Facebook only. Members privileges are not applied to purchases via E-commerce channels, including Tiktok shop, Shopee, Lazada, Line shopping, and other channels that may not have been specified.
